Family Fun Guarantee
We want families to have a great experience with Clue & Compass. If your family tries an adventure and it doesn’t live up to expectations, contact us at support@clueandcompass.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Remedies may include a replacement quest, credit toward a future adventure, or a refund at our discretion.

Because Clue & Compass quests provide access to digital story and puzzle content, quests that have been accessed or completed are generally not eligible for return, though we may still offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion under the Family Fun Guarantee above.

 

Damaged or Erroneous Deluxe Shipments
For Deluxe mailings, please contact us immediately if you receive the items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
In the case of approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@clueandcompass.com.
