After purchase, you’ll receive a Quest Code that unlocks an adventure.
Giving a gift? Use the Quest Code to create a customized, printable certificate to share with the recipient(s).
Planning a Signature Deluxe Quest? You (or the gift recipient) will use the Code to provide us with the name(s) and address for customized pre-hunt materials and select when you want the mailings to begin shipping. (Want to wrap it for a birthday or holiday, or build anticipation for an upcoming trip? You’re in control—no spoiled surprises and no mailings arriving out of sync with the big day.)
Simply redeem the Code within 3 months of purchase, and the mystery will be on its way right when you want it!

Mini Experience: You’ll receive your first clue by email as soon as you activate. Use it to uncover your starting point, then set out for a ~2-hour NYC adventure filled with hidden stories and discoveries.
Signature Deluxe Quests: Within 4–7 days of your chosen shipping date, themed letters and engaging activities will arrive to build excitement at home. When one of those activities reveals your first destination, you’ll know it’s time to set out for an unforgettable ~2-hour quest in NYC—with the added thrill of anticipation leading up to it. After your adventure, a final mailing with a curated keepsake arrives as a congratulatory surprise.
